Meet the Beekeeper

Hello! I'm Cory, the proud owner of The Monarch Bee LLC. Bees have always fascinated me, although I used to keep my distance. However, I've never underestimated the significance of honey bees and native pollinators.

In 2022, a fellow beekeeper from Northeast Ohio contacted me and kickstarted the journey that led to the creation of The Monarch Bee. He texted me, saying, "I can get you two hives worth of bees by next Saturday. Here is the list of equipment you will need to order. Go!" With excitement and determination, I accepted the challenge, and within a few stressful days, I had my first two hives up and running.

Since then, my apiary has grown, and I've focused on becoming a prominent supplier of raw honey for my hometown of Aurora, Ohio, and the surrounding communities. There's nothing quite like the taste of pure, raw, local honey straight from the hives. It's incredible how the taste varies from hive to hive and over the course of the year.
